Preparation : HL - Solo Project
SL - Research presentation
Wednesday 15th April
Both SL and HL Theatre students will use the Realism Unit to prepare for an assessment which takes place next year.
SL students will use the opportunity to explore the related skills required for the Research Presentation. You will each prepare a five minute presentation which will discuss techniques used within The System to develop characters.
HL students will write a report on their research into Stanislavski's theory and how two techniques within The System contributed to the development of their monologue.
I will go through the requirements of these mock assessments in greater detail at a later date. Today's lesson will be dedicated to beginning the preparation process for these assignments.
